Lash technician website design
Lash technician website design that helps a client choose the right set
A new client often knows the look they like but not whether it is classic, hybrid or volume, and a regular just wants the next infill. In the UK, eyelash extensions near me draws about 12,100 searches a month. Your website turns the look into a set, gives each one its time and price, asks for a patch test before a first appointment, and sends a request you confirm.

Meline Lash Studio, a demo we designed and built for lash technicians and lash studios. A fictional business, with illustrative photography.
Example site
A lash studio website for Chorlton, Manchester
- Three sets, plus infill and removal
- A request in five steps
- A moodboard, not results
Demo website

Meline Lash Studio is a fictional business. We designed and built its website as a demo of how we build for lash technicians and lash studios, using illustrative photography.

A look first, the lash term second
Clients choose between a neat definition, a little more texture or soft fuller layers, and the site matches each to classic, hybrid or light volume. Every set on the menu has its time, so a first-timer books the right length of appointment without learning the vocabulary.
No lash terms needed
02 / Booking
Five steps, then the studio confirms
The request runs through the set, the artist, a preferred day and time, a name with a phone number or email, and a final check. Artists who do not offer the chosen set are marked as not available for it, and the last screen says it isn't booked until the studio confirms.
Confirmed by the studio
03 / Menu
Infills kept for the studio's own sets
The infill is offered for an existing set from the studio, and clients whose lashes were applied elsewhere are asked to call first so the right visit is booked. Removal has its own short appointment, and the moodboard says its photos are stock, not clients or promised results.
Call first for other sets
Before the first set
What a client settles before booking a full set.
Three sets, told apart without jargon
Describe each set by the look it gives, then name it. A client who has only seen a photo picks the right one, and the appointment length follows from the choice.
The patch test, booked ahead of the first set
In 2013 the Federation of Holistic Therapists made a test 24 hours before treatment a condition of its members' insurance, on a first set, after a long gap, on a change of products and yearly. Put a short test visit before the first full set, timed by your adhesive's instructions and your insurer.
Another studio's set, sorted first
Say whether you top up lashes someone else applied, or offer a removal and a new set instead. Clients then ring before booking an infill you would turn down at the door.
Artists matched to the sets they do
Show which artist offers which set, and let the booking form steer clients away from an artist who does not offer the one they picked. Connecting a booking system you already use is checked and priced before the quote.
Lash photos left as they were taken
The ASA upheld a complaint against a mascara ad with retouched lashes: the editing was on the very area the product was sold on. Your after photos are a claim about your work: keep the lashes untouched, and caption any stock image as stock.
No licence named for lashes
Southwark and Waltham Forest list eyelash treatments, extensions included, as not needing a special treatment licence, and none of the four nations' licensing schemes names lashes. Each London borough keeps its own list, so a studio there, mobile or not, should check with its borough before opening.
Found by clients after a set
The right lashes. On the right eyes.
Lash technician website design for people who already want extensions and are picking a studio.
Searching for extensions nearby
About 12,100 searches a month look for eyelash extensions near me, 9,900 for lash extensions near me and 3,600 for a lash tech near me. A menu of sets with times answers what they compare.
Asking how a set wears
How long do lash extensions last draws about 2,400 searches a month and classic vs hybrid lashes about 320. Clear sets and an infill rule answer both before anyone books.

How it works
From first chat to a website that works.
- 01
Brief
Tell us each set you offer, how long it takes and what it costs, who applies which sets, how you run patch tests and what you do with lashes from another studio. Whether the site can connect to a booking system you already use is checked and priced before the quote.
- 02
Build
Menu, style finder, artist profiles, booking request and captions are drafted with you; no line on patch tests, comfort or how a set will look is published without your approval.
- 03
Launch
Before launch we try a request for every set, make sure a first-time client meets the patch test step before the full set, and check the captions on a small screen. Then it is published on a domain you own.
Your questions, answered
Questions lash technicians ask us.

0161 399 4054What will my fixed quote include?
Your pages, the features on them, the final price and the timescale, in writing before you pay a deposit. Hosting, care and any ongoing SEO are listed separately, so you can see what is one-off and what is monthly. On the Business package the first year of hosting and care is included.
Where should a patch test go in my online booking?
Before the first full set, as its own short visit. In its 2013 statement the Federation of Holistic Therapists told members to test 24 hours before treatment on a first treatment, after a gap of more than six months, when they change products and once a year, and said skipping it may invalidate an insurance claim. That is a trade body's and an insurer's condition, not the law, so time the test by your adhesive's instructions and your own policy. Ask first whether the client has reacted to glue or eye products before: the FHT advised against treating anyone who has. If you add lash lifts, the solutions sold in Great Britain are for professional use only, and the law's conditions of use include keeping them out of the eyes. The Meline demo has no patch test step; a real studio's booking should.
Can my website say extensions won't damage natural lashes?
Not unless you can prove it. The advertising code covers your own site: a statement a client would read as fact needs evidence first, and rule 12.9 asks for proof before anything is called absolutely safe or free of side effects. No damage falls in that group. Describe your method instead: choose a length and weight for each client's own lashes, and offer removal in the studio. The demo describes a classic set as one extension on each suitable natural lash.
Should my site take bookings for lashes another studio applied?
Say clearly what you will do, because an infill on someone else's set is a different job. Lash infill is searched about 210 times a month in the UK and lash removal near me about 480. The demo offers its infill for its own sets only, asks clients whose lashes were done elsewhere to call first, and gives removal its own 30-minute visit. Whatever your rule, put it on the menu and in the booking form so nobody arrives for an appointment you cannot do.
Should the site explain classic, hybrid and volume lashes?
Yes, in the client's words before yours. Classic vs hybrid lashes is searched about 320 times a month in the UK, so clients are trying to work it out before they book. The demo asks which look a client likes, a neat definition, a little more texture or soft fuller layers, and matches each to a set with its appointment length. A photo for each set helps, as long as it shows what that set really looks like.
Can I retouch lash photos before they go on the site?
Not in any way that changes the lashes. The ASA's advice on production techniques says an after photo is a factual claim and should match what clients can usually expect. It upheld a complaint against a Dior mascara ad whose lashes had been retouched, the very area the product was sold on, and did not uphold L'Oreal ads where inserts evened out the lash line without exaggerating length or volume, or where nothing was edited. The same applies to a photo of your set. The demo's moodboard labels every image as stock and says none shows a client or a promised result.
How much does a lash technician website cost?
The price follows the number of sets and pages. A lash tech working alone with a short menu suits Starter, from £295. Five pages for your sets, artists, reviews and directions is Essentials, from £595. A page for every set and galleries of your own work is Business, from £995. VAT is included in all three, and the figure is confirmed in writing before you pay; our pricing page has the full list for each.
