Barber website design
Barber website design for walk-ins and booked chairs
Barber website design has to serve two customers at once: the one who books a chair and the one who walks in. Around 550,000 searches a month in the UK look for barbers near me, 2,900 for a walk-in barber and 1,900 for barbers open now. Your website tells both what they need on a phone: every cut with its price and time, the barber who does it best, when to walk in and what the wait is usually like.

Demo website

Crop Room is a fictional business. We designed and built its website as a demo of how we build for barbers, using illustrative photography.

Say when to walk in and how long the wait is
The hero says walk in or book online, beside today's hours. The FAQ explains that booked visits keep their slot, gives the usual wait on a weekday afternoon and says when to call ahead.
Walk-ins welcome
02 / Services
Every cut with its price
Haircut, skin fade, beard shape, cut and beard, hot towel shave and kids' cuts, each with its price on the homepage and its time in the booking request.

03 / Booking
Book the barber, not only the slot
A five-step request: the service, the barber, a day and time, your details, then a check. Each barber has a speciality, fades, scissor cuts or beards and shaves, and the shop confirms every request.

Built for your customers
Everything a customer checks before walking in or booking.
Walk-ins and bookings, side by side
Today's hours, when walking in works best and the usual wait, beside a booking request for anyone who wants a set time with a set barber.
Every cut with its price
Your list with a price and a time on every service, from a buzz cut to a hot towel shave, on the homepage as well as its own page.
Booking by barber
Customers pick the service, then the barber who does it, then a time. Already booking through an app? We check how it joins up with the site and put that in the quote.
Your cuts, in your own photos
A gallery of fades, tapers and beard work from your own chairs, each named by the cut, so a customer can point at the one they want.
Products on the counter
The clays, oils and combs you sell, with prices, marked as available in the shop. An online shop is something we check and price before the quote.
Kids' cuts and the details parents check
Ages and prices for kids' cuts, whether a parent stays, how to pay and where to park, answered before anyone walks through the door.
Found by customers nearby
Walk-ins and regulars. Both on one site.
Barber website design built for the customer deciding where to go in the next hour, and the one booking the next cut.
Customers searching right now
Searches for barbers near me run at about 550,000 a month in the UK. Another 2,900 ask for a walk-in barber and 1,900 for barbers open now.
Regulars booking ahead
A regular wants the same barber and a set time, and booking by barber lets them choose. Beard trims add about 1,000 searches a month nearby.

Your questions, answered
A few things barbers ask us.
Need a straight answer? Speak to us.
0161 399 4054What will my fixed quote include?
Your pages, the features on them, the final price and the timescale, in writing before you pay a deposit. Hosting, care and any ongoing SEO are listed separately, so you can see what is one-off and what is monthly. On the Business package the first year of hosting and care is included.
What should a barber website include?
Your services with a price and a time on each, a clear way to book and a line on walking in, your barbers and what each does best, photographs of cuts from your own chairs, and your address, hours and parking. Both demos put the price list, the booking and today's hours on the homepage.
Can the site handle walk-ins and bookings at the same time?
Yes. The demos show both: a booking request by barber, and a plain answer on walking in, with today's hours, the usual wait and when to call ahead. Booked visits keep their slot, so the site says that a walk-in may wait at busy times. If you already use a booking app, we check how it links from the site before we quote.
Do I have to show my prices?
Where you set a price for a type of service, the Provision of Services Regulations 2009 require you to make it available to customers, clearly and before the service, along with your name, address and contact details. A price list in the shop does that; so does information customers can easily reach online at an address you give them. Putting the list on your site lets a customer check before they walk in.
Can I sell products on the website?
The demos show the clays, oils and combs each shop sells with their prices, marked as available in store, with no online shop. That needs nothing more than a page. If you want to sell online, payment and delivery are something we check and price before the quote.
How much does a barber website cost?
A one-chair shop that needs its prices, hours and a way to book on one page starts at Starter, from £295. Essentials, from £595, gives a busier shop five pages: cuts and prices, the barbers, reviews and contact. Business, from £995, adds a page for each service and a gallery of your cuts. All three include VAT, and we put one fixed price in writing before you pay a penny.
Do I need a website if my barbershop is on Instagram?
Instagram shows your cuts; it does not answer the searches that come before someone walks in. Around 550,000 searches a month are for barbers near me, 2,900 for a walk-in barber and 1,900 for barbers open now, and a barbershop's website puts prices, today's hours and the usual wait where those searches land. Your gallery of cuts sits beside them, so your Instagram work has somewhere to point.
