Podiatrist website design
Podiatrist website design for clinic and home visits
Podiatrist website design serves two kinds of patient: the one booking a clinic appointment and the one who needs you to come to them. Around 40,500 searches a month in the UK look for a podiatrist nearby, and as many again for a chiropodist. Your website names each treatment with its fee, shows the registered podiatrist the patient will see, lists the areas you visit, and takes a booking request.

Fieldstep Podiatry is a fictional business. We designed and built its website as a demo of how we build for podiatrists, using illustrative photography.
Open the live demo(opens in a new tab)01 / Booking
Book by treatment and podiatrist
Five treatments, each with its length and fee, then the podiatrist, a preferred day and time and the patient's details. The form asks for no medical details, and nothing is booked until the clinic confirms.
Confirmed by the clinic
02 / Home visits
List the areas you visit
A home visits page lists six neighbourhoods around Stockport, each with a way to ask about a visit, and says routes and times are agreed before an appointment is confirmed. A patient outside the list is asked to get in touch.

03 / Treatments
Explain each treatment before the visit
Pages for nail care, verrucas, ingrowing toenails, diabetic foot checks and orthotics say what the appointment involves. The ingrowing toenail page says any procedure is discussed and consented to separately, and the diabetic page says it does not replace NHS reviews.
Procedures consented separately
Built for your patients
Everything a patient checks before booking a podiatrist.
A booking request by treatment
Nail care, verrucas, diabetic foot checks or orthotics, each with its length and fee, then the podiatrist and a time. Linking a booking system you already use is checked, and priced, before you get a quote.
Both protected titles, used properly
Chiropodist and podiatrist are both titles protected by law for HCPC registrants. The site uses the words your patients search for, and each profile carries the registration number.
Home visit areas a patient can find
Each neighbourhood you cover is listed with a way to ask about a visit, so someone who cannot travel knows straight away whether you come to them.
Fees shown before the visit
Assessment, routine chiropody, biomechanical assessment and orthotics, each priced, with a line that any extra cost is agreed before treatment.
Treatment pages that set expectations
What each appointment checks, what to bring and what happens next, with claims kept to what you can support. You approve every line.
Advice to read before the first visit
Guides such as preparing for a first podiatry visit and an everyday footwear checklist, each ending in a booking request.
Found by patients and carers
The right patients. At the clinic or at home.
Podiatrist website design built for patients who search for either title.
Patients searching nearby
Around 40,500 searches a month look for a podiatrist nearby, and 40,500 for a chiropodist. The two words carry the same weight in search, so your site uses both.
Patients asking which they need
Chiropodist vs podiatrist is searched around 1,600 times a month. A short answer on your site settles it before the patient books.

0161 399 4054What will my fixed quote include?
Your pages, the features on them, the final price and the timescale, in writing before you pay a deposit. Hosting, care and any ongoing SEO are listed separately, so you can see what is one-off and what is monthly. On the Business package the first year of hosting and care is included.
Is there a difference between a chiropodist and a podiatrist?
For registration, no. The HCPC regulates chiropodists and podiatrists as one profession, and both titles are protected by law: anyone using either must be on its register. Many clinics use both words on their website, because patients search for both in about equal numbers.
How do patients check a podiatrist is registered?
A patient searches the HCPC's Check the Register page by surname or registration number, with "Chiropodist / podiatrist" chosen as the profession. The record shows any annotations too, such as podiatric surgery or prescribing, so a number on each profile lets a patient confirm both in one search.
What can a podiatry website claim?
The CAP Code covers what your own website says about treatment, so any objective claim needs evidence behind it. Its rule 12.2 also means a page must not put a patient off essential treatment for a condition that needs medical supervision: the demo's diabetic foot page, for example, tells patients to keep their routine NHS diabetes care. We write treatment pages from what you can support, and you approve them.
Can the site take home visit requests?
Yes. The demo lists the neighbourhoods it covers and asks about access needs, and the clinic agrees routes and times before confirming. If you plan rounds by postcode or by day, we set the page out the same way.
